The classic Sidecar is traditionally made with Cognac, but using Clermont Steep as the base spirit makes for a beautifully rounded, balanced single malt whiskey cocktail perfect for sipping any time of day.
This riff on a classic Manhattan adds a layer of complexity with orange liqueur for a touch of sweetness and herbal notes that highlight the Clermont Steep liquid, resulting into a distinct American whiskey cocktail.
